I cannot recommend A Healthy Solution Wellness Boutique enough. Lorraine has been one of the most caring, supportive, and genuinely compassionate people I’ve met throughout my recovery journey. On June 13, 2025, I received a guided X-ray epidural injection at my L5-S1 that unfortunately exacerbated my back injury. The pain became unbearable, I lost feeling in my legs, and I ended up hospitalized for nearly a month. It was one of the darkest periods of my life. Not only was I dealing with constant physical pain, but my mental health had reached rock bottom. Since then, I’ve gone through intensive physical therapy, nerve conduction testing, countless doctor appointments, and at one point was taking around eight different medications just to get through the day. I’m no longer taking any of those medications, my pain has become much more manageable, my mental health has improved tremendously, and I’ve gone from struggling to walk to being able to walk confidently and even almost run (almost!).
