Nerve damage, also known as neuropathy, can occur due to various factors. It happens when nerves are injured, inflamed, or degenerate, leading to pain, numbness, weakness, or other sensory issues. Some nerve injuries heal over time, while others are permanent. Treatments like physical therapy, medications, lifestyle changes, and even CBD may help manage symptoms.

Potential Benefits of CBD for Nerve Damage

1. Pain Relief – CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) to help regulate pain by affecting pain receptors.2. Anti-Inflammatory Effects – Nerve damage often involves inflammation, and CBD has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help prevent further damage.
3. Neuroprotection – Some research indicates that CBD may protect nerves from damage and even promote nerve regeneration.
4. Reduced Tingling & Burning Sensations – Many people with neuropathy experience discomfort like tingling or burning pain, and CBD has been reported to help alleviate these symptoms.
5. Better Sleep & Reduced Anxiety – Chronic nerve pain can lead to sleep issues and anxiety, and CBD is known for its calming effects.

How to Use CBD for Nerve Damage

Topicals (creams, balms) – Applied directly to painful areas.

Oils/Tinctures – Placed under the tongue for fast absorption.

Capsules/Edibles – Longer-lasting effects but slower

Vaping – Quick relief, though not ideal for everyone.

Considerations & Risks

Dosage varies from person to person. Starting low and increasing gradually is recommended.

Side Effects can include drowsiness, dry mouth, or digestive issues.

Interactions – CBD may interact with medications, so consulting a doctor is important.

Regulation & Quality – Not all CBD products are equal. Look for third-party lab testing to ensure purity and potency.

Conclusion
CBD shows promise as a natural option for managing nerve damage symptoms, particularly in reducing pain, inflammation, and discomfort associated with neuropathy. Its ability to interact with the endocannabinoid system may help regulate pain perception, promote nerve health, and improve sleep and anxiety related to chronic nerve pain.

However, while many people report benefits, scientific research is still evolving, and CBD is not a guaranteed cure for nerve damage. Effectiveness varies depending on the cause and severity of neuropathy. It’s essential to choose high-quality CBD products, start with a low dose, and consult a healthcare professional, especially if taking other medications.

A Healthy Solution Recommends:

– 1500mg Full Spectrum Tincture
– Elite Gummies
– Kurativ Full spectrum gummies (watermelon or bears)

Make sure to consult with sales associates about all pharmaceutical medications before ingesting any products.

CBD products should be taken 2 hours after medication under no circumstances should this information be disregarded

Introduction to CBD
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis plant. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD is non psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t produce the “elevation” associated with cannabis. Instead, it offers potential therapeutic benefits,
including pain relief, reduced inflammation, and muscle relaxation. For individuals undergoing neck infusion treatments, CBD has been explored as a complementary remedy to alleviate discomfort and promote healing.

Understanding Neck Infusion Treatments
Neck infusion refers to the administration of medications, such as steroids, anesthetics, or biologics, directly into the neck to address chronic pain, nerve issues, or post-surgical recovery. This treatment is commonly used for conditions like cervical disc herniation, spinal stenosis, or nerve compression. While effective, neck infusion can cause temporary discomfort, inflammation, or soreness. Patients often seek additional ways to manage pain and support recovery, and CBD has emerged as a promising option.

How CBD Works in the Body
CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), which regulates pain, inflammation, and immune responses. The ECS has cannabinoid receptors that influence how we perceive pain and inflammation. By stimulating these receptors, CBD may help in reducing pain and improving overall well-being without the side effects associated with conventional pain medications.

Potential Benefits of CBD for Neck Infusion Recovery

1. Pain Relief
CBD has been widely studied for its pain-relieving properties. By interacting with ECS receptors, CBD may help decrease the discomfort associated with neck infusion treatments, reducing reliance on opioids or NSAIDs.

2. Reduction in Inflammation
One of CBD’s most well-documented benefits is its ability to reduce inflammation. After a neck infusion, localized swelling or irritation can occur. CBD may help mitigate this inflammation by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory compounds, leading to quicker recovery.

3. Muscle Relaxation
Tension and stiffness in the neck muscles are common after infusion procedures. CBD’s muscle-relaxant properties can help alleviate spasms and tightness, making movement easier and reducing discomfort.

4. Improved Sleep and Relaxation
Recovery often requires adequate rest, but pain and discomfort can make sleeping difficult. CBD has been shown to improve sleep quality by promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety, helping patients recover more efficiently.

Methods of Using CBD for Neck Infusion Recovery
CBD is available in various forms, allowing users to choose the method that best suits their needs:

• CBD Oils and Tinctures: These are taken sublingually (under the tongue) for quick absorption into the bloodstream.
• Topical CBD Creams and Balms: Applied directly to the affected area, topicals provide targeted relief for localized pain and inflammation.
• CBD Capsules and Edibles: These offer long-lasting effects but take longer to work as they go through digestion.
• CBD Patches: A convenient, slow-release option for continuous pain relief.

Safety and Considerations

While CBD is generally well-tolerated, it’s essential to consult a healthcare provider before using it, especially if you’re undergoing medical treatments like neck infusion. Potential side effects of CBD may include drowsiness, dry mouth, and interactions with other medications.

Signs to Watch For: Excessive drowsiness, fatigue, difficulty staying awake, slowed reaction times, easy bruising, irregular heartbeat, signs of infection, reduced therapeutic effects, nausea, and abdominal pain.

Why It Happens: CBD can enhance the sedative effects of these medications, potentially leading to excessive relaxation or even dangerous levels of drowsiness.

Conclusion

CBD presents a natural and promising option for managing pain, inflammation, and discomfort associated with neck infusion treatments. Whether used as a topical application, oil, or supplement, CBD may enhance recovery and improve overall comfort. However, before incorporating CBD into your treatment plan, it’s crucial to discuss it with your healthcare provider to ensure safety and effectiveness.

A Healthy Solutions recommends….
3000mg CBD tincture – A high-potency cannabidiol (CBD) oil designed for those who need stronger effects for relief and wellness.
Always start with a small dose and adjust as needed.

Alternating Kratom – A plant which Its leaves contain active compounds like mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, which interact with opioid receptors in the brain, producing pain-relieving and mood-enhancing effects.

⚠ Caution: Kratom has opioid-like effects and can be addictive if misused. It may cause side effects like nausea, dizziness, or dependency. Always start with a low dose and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

There are many different conditions that can appear throughout our lives. Some of them come naturally as we age, while there are others that can arise from a traumatic event (physically or emotionally). In this article, we will be discussing neuropathy: what it is, what it feels like, and how cbd can help you with your treatment plan.

What is Neuropathy?

Peripheral neuropathy occurs when the nerves that are outside the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves) are damaged. This condition often causes weakness, numbness, and pain (usually in the hands and feet). It can also affect other areas and body functions, including digestion and urination. The peripheral nervous system sends info from the brain and spinal cord, also known as the central nervous system, to the rest of the body through motor nerves. The peripheral nerves also send sensory information to the central nervous system through sensory nerves. Peripheral neuropathy can happen when you go through traumatic injuries, infections, metabolic problems, inherited causes, and exposure to toxins. One of the most prevalent causes of neuropathy is diabetes. Most patients with this condition have described the pain as a stabbing, burning, or tingling feeling in the hands or feet. Symptoms can improve on their own, usually if the cause of the condition is treated. There are many medical treatments and medicines that can help reduce the pain from neuropathy. About 2.4% of people globally have a form of peripheral neuropathy. Among people 45 and older, that percentage rises to between 5% and 7%.

Symptoms of neuropathy

Tingling, prickling, or numbness in the hands or feet, the sensation that you’re wearing a glove or sock that’s too tight, sharp pain, a weak or heavy feelings in the arms and legs, increased sensitivity to touch, drop in blood pressure, constipation, digestive issues, sexual dysfunction (particularly in men).

CBD & how it can help

CBD comes from the cannabis or hemp plant; this plant being most commonly known for producing THC. The difference is that with how CBD is extracted from the plant, with that it doesn’t have the part of the plant that can cause a psychoactive effect like THC. CBD as a compound is used for medicinal purposes, generally used for insomnia, pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, stress, etc. It is legal in most states in the USA (most states require it to be used medicinally), which helps make sure it’s accessible to most people. The most common types of products that CBD is used in are gummies, creams/lotions, capsules, and tinctures (gummies being the most popular). CBD has been used to manage and reduce pain for centuries. CBD binds CB1 and CB2 neuropeptides and thus helps manage and relieve pain and inflammation.

With CBD’s ability to help reduce pain and inflammation in the skin, it’s usually seen as a really helpful alternative to regular pharmaceutical medications. The most recommended way to use CBD for neuropathy would be in a topical or cream form. When using a topical, it’s recommended to use a formula with CBD and CBG together or with Full Spectrum CBD/CBG. This is because CBG can be used for pain symptoms and to relax the body. When two cannabinoids are used together in a product, they help make each other more effective.

Regardless of how you would like to go about your treatment plan, we always recommend speaking to a health care specialist if you feel you have any serious/persistent symptoms.

Any woman who has gone through childbirth will attest to the whirlwind of symptoms and emotions that are often experienced as new mothers. From the pain of giving birth and the anxiety and concern over the wellbeing of the new baby, to the potential ‘baby blues’ and full blown post-partum depression that many new mothers often experience, motherhood certainly can come with an array of side effects in addition to the euphoria of cradling a new child.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive compound derived from the hemp plant known for its potential therapeutic effects. CBD works with your body’s naturally occurring Endocannabinoid System (ECS). Your ECS is responsible for a variety of functions and overall body homeostasis (balance).

As a natural antioxidant, CBD encourages healing and protects the skin from further damage. During pregnancy rubbing CBD cream or salve on your stomach may help prevent stretch marks. If you have existing stretch marks, CBD has been shown to reduce their appearance when applied every day.

New moms tend to get anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted at times. Your ECS has receptors in your neuronal tissues including the hippocampus and amygdala. These areas are important in emotional health and mood regulation.

Keeping your ECS flush with cannabinoids may help regulate mood swings. CBD tends to have a calming effect and has shown to help reduce anxiety and stress. Rubbing CBD cream on your temples and the center of your chest may help with headaches, migraines, and anxiety.

As many as 50 to 75 percent of new mothers experience the ‘baby blues’ after delivery. Up to 15 percent of those women will develop a more severe and longer-lasting depression called postpartum depression. Many women are turning to CBD for relief as an alternative to other medications.

Antidepressants can have negative side effects as well as unwanted hormones in your breast milk. CBD has no side effects; no hormones and your body naturally produces its own cannabinoids. In fact, these internal cannabinoids are naturally found in breast milk.

Vaginal soreness and afterpains like period cramping often occur after going through the trauma of giving birth. Studies are finding CBD to have a pain suppressing effect.

CBD creams can be applied to your abdomen and lower back areas for calming relief. Our AHS 1500mg Custom Cream or Miller Healer 1000mg Salve Stick can be applied topically to your back and abdomen for stretch marks and pain relief.

A 600mg CBD Tincture oil can be taken sublingually along with a Miller Healer 200mg CBD infused gummy to help alleviate anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

Always consult your primary care physician before starting a new treatment.

Our team of specialists are always available to provide you with education and assist you with any questions regarding CBD.

There are approximately 50 million people in America who are addicted to some type of nicotine product, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco and nicotine vape. Nicotine addiction is the most common addiction in America.

According to statistics, more than 1 billion of the world’s population are smokers with a case of death occurring every 6 seconds due to nicotine related issues.

The effects of and addiction to smoking are manifested in the brain through the pleasure principle. Within seconds of smoking or vaping nicotine, the drug travels to the brain and activates the receptors to release the pleasure hormone, dopamine. Dopamine produces a calm and happy sensation, reducing stress and anxiety levels. It doesn’t take long for the brain to start associating pleasure with the memory of nicotine intake, but these sensations are short-lived.

During this process, the number of nicotinic receptors in the brain increase, progressively requiring higher amounts of nicotine to get the same effect. This is known as tolerance after which addiction shortly follows.Withdrawal happens when the body cleanses itself of the drug, and the stress and anxiety return making you crave another smoke. If the addiction is strong, you may feel restless, irritable, depressed, and anxious. This is known as withdrawal syndrome.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive compound known for its potential therapeutic effects.According to research CBD may alleviate the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal to help detoxing run smoothly. CBD acts as apotential aid in managing depressionby activating the brain’s 5-HT1A receptor, which boosts the availability of serotonin in a similar way to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressants.

CBD may also help reduce the stress, anxiety, and irritability associated with attempts to quit nicotine. More than just elevating mood, CBD may help reduce some of the physical symptoms of quitting nicotine. Studies show that CBD may be able to reduce the headaches and other pains experienced when giving up nicotine because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

People who find it difficult to go to sleep at night without nicotine may find it easier to fall asleep with CBD. CBD has been found to help people reach and maintain restful, restorative sleep without the unwanted effects often associated with prescription sleep aids. For those who need nicotine to get moving in the morning, you’ll be relieved to hear that CBD, when taken in small doses, may havean energizing effect.

There are many CBD products that can help alleviate nicotine withdrawals. A 1500mg, 2000mg or 3000mg tincture can be taken sublingually to help with depression, headaches and insomnia.

Our AHS 1500mg or 2500mg custom cream can be applied topically to help with headaches and insomnia. 300mg CBD infused gummies and 1000mg CBD vape would work great for reducing anxiety and insomnia.

Always consult your primary care physician before starting a new treatment. Our team is always available to answer any questions regarding CBD.

People are hit with nausea and vomiting for many reasons and on many occasions. Nausea is an unpleasant sensation of unease including an urge to vomit.

Motion sickness experienced at sea or in the air often induces vomiting, as many as 55% of pregnant women struggle with nausea during their first months of gestation and people exposed to chemical odors, offensive smells, and airborne toxins react with nausea and vomiting.

In some situations, vomiting is a positive and natural way to purge the system of poison, but severe nausea and vomiting may indicate larger problems and lead to dehydration and damage to the esophagus and digestive tract.

Nausea and vomiting are signs of appendicitis, blocked intestines, brain injury, concussion, flu, food poisoning, overeating, migraines, and more. In very serious cases, nausea and vomiting may indicate cancer, central nervous disorders, kidney problems, liver conditions and more.

Treatment for nausea includes prescribed medications called antiemetics. Medications used to treat nausea include Meclizine hydrochloride, Dimenhydrinate, Emetrol, and Bismuth subsalicylate. Each prescribed medication contains negative side effects that include blurred vision, constipation, dizziness, headache, vomiting, hyperactivity, dry mouth, ringing in the ears, fainting, weight loss, yellow eyes or skin, abdominal pain, anxiety, cold symptoms and swelling of the face, arms and legs.

CBD is a non-psychoactive compound derived from the hemp plant known for its potential therapeutic effects. Studies show that CBD may help alleviate nausea without the negative side effects of prescribed medications.

The endocannabinoid system(ECS) is a unique network of neurotransmitters and receptors that exist throughout the brain and body. Functionally, it appears to regulate a variety of internal homeostatic functions. Studies suggest that manipulating the endocannabinoid system can help regulate both nausea and vomiting.

Research also suggests that CBD can work as an antiemetic for humans, as it eases the effects of nausea and may even prevent it from occurring altogether.

Our AHS 1500mg Tincture can be taken sublingually and is perfect for alleviating nausea. Always consult your primary care physician before starting a new treatment.

Our team of specialists are always available to provide you with education and assist with any questions regarding CBD.

The ability to fall asleep or even stay asleep can very challenging for some. Although we know we have different resources to help us deal with the complications of Insomnia, many also struggle with Night Terrors.

A night terror is a disruption that seems like a nightmare but is far more severe. People who suffer with night terrors might experience these symptoms such as suddenly sitting upright in bed, shout or scream in distress, have fast breathing and heartbeat, sweating, and an overwhelming sense of fear.

Night Terrors are caused by over-arousal of the central nervous system during sleep. During sleep you experience different stages. We have dreams or nightmares during the rapid eye movement (REM) stage. Night terrors on the other hand happen during non-REM stage.

Night Terrors aren’t considered dreams but more like a reaction of fear that happens during the transition from one sleep stage to another. People who suffer from stress, exhaustion, excessive caffeine, or is taking a new medication can be more prone to suffering night terrors.

There are medications and sleep studies to help reduce experiencing night terrors however with using medications usually comes with side effects which many people aren’t huge fans of. CBD has become a huge resource in helping people alleviate many different symptoms and night terrors are included on that list. CBD does not cause side effects or long-term use complications.

Research has shown that CBD helps regulate your sleep patterns. Its clinically proven that CBD users are less likely to experience sleep disturbances such as sleep terrors. Our CBD products such as our edibles or tinctures are excellent for helping relieve insomnia which in return helps reduce the probabilityof experiencing night terrors. Our team of specialists are always ready to provide education regarding CBD for any further questions or concerns you might have.

The endocannabinoid system regulates numerous physiological processes, including intestinal function, glucose metabolism, and stress response. New research discusses the roles of CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors pertaining to diet, digestion, and energy metabolism.

Many chronic metabolic disorders, currently a worldwide pandemic, are rooted in “a mismatch between ancient genes and high caloric diets”. In other words, we are built to eat a healthy balanced diet which in return will help you to reap all the benefits that CBD has to offer. When we don’t eat a healthy balanced diet, processed sugars and fats, and very high calories, CBD cannot properly deliver the many benefits it offers due to the lack of diet.

Today’s over-starched, over-sweetened and over-processed Western diet has become a huge epidemic. Many of the foods we consume contain, processed grains, carbs, sugar, alcohol and lots of high fructose corn syrup. These things seem to satisfy our taste buds, but it doesn’t necessarily satisfy our bodies.

By providing your body with nutrient dense foods and less energy dense foods, not only will you see a change in how you physically feel but you will also see a change on the scale. CBD helps aid in weight loss as well. Nutrient dense foods are foods that are high in nutrients but relatively low in calories. Nutrient–dense foods contain vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats. These foods are avocado, berries, salmon, and lots of vegetables like dark green leafy lettuces and broccoli just to name a few. A healthy balance of omega-3 fatty acids and grain-derived omega-6 fatty acids is fundamental for preventing and managing obesity and metabolic syndrome

When you eat CBD edibles or swallow tinctures, the CBD goes to the stomach and is broken down during the journey . Next, the small intestine absorbs the CBD, and it goes to the liver and is further dispersed throughout the bloodstream. For CBD to be properly digested and absorbed through out the body, it is essential that we feed our bodies with whole healthy foods so not only does the CBD increase its benefits, but you as well will feel physically and even mentally healthier.

We must learn that food is our medicine, by increasing more healing foods, such as ginger, turmeric, dark leafy greens. This aids the body in its healing processes. For example, if you are suffering from inflammation of joints or back pain, you would want to pair your cbd with foods that also provide anti-inflammatory properties. We want to prevent illness rather than having treat illness. A Healthy body starts with a healthy gut.
